Memorial Park, located on Marcellus Road, is one of the most beautiful places for residents to enjoy in the Village. In addition to the amphitheater, within the park is the Veterans Memorial honoring all village residents who have served our nation.

In addition, the park includes one of Long Island's most beautiful and fitting September 11th memorials. On the second anniversary of September 11, 2001, Governor George E. Pataki and U.S. Senator Charles Schumer joined Mayor Jack M. Martins, the Board of Trustees, local dignitaries and nearly 2,000 residents at Memorial Park to honor those lost on 9-11.

Throughout the park, memorials also honor residents who served their nation as well as those lost in the LIRR Incident on December 7, 1993.

Memorial Park is also shared by the Mineola Memorial Library and includes tennis courts and a playground.
