Village of Mineola Announces Building Permit Amnesty Program

The Village of Mineola recently launched a Building Permit Amnesty Program which allows homeowners with unpermitted and previously completed improvement projects the opportunity to obtain the necessary building permits without penalty or late fees through the end of 2023. All local ordinances and NYS codes must be followed in order to attain approval. Standard permit fees will apply.
