Portugal Day Parade and Carnival this Weekend

The Portugal Day Parade is this Sunday, June 11.
The parade steps off at 11:00 am.
The parade starts near Memorial Park and will proceed along Jericho Turnpike, turning south and ending at the Union Street entrance to Wilson Park.
The Carnival runs Friday 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
All residents are encouraged to come out and join their neighbors in this family-oriented community event celebrating Portuguese heritage.
Motorists can expect road closures along the parade route between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and should plan accordingly.
