Community Survey

Please be advised that the Village of Mineola is gathering opinions from our community regarding proposed project funding that the Village is applying for in a NYS, NY Forward grant application. Survey forms will be available to help gather, report and define our community Vision for continued Downtown Revitalization.

Opinion surveys can be downloaded (click here), are available at Village Hall during normal business hours (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM), or can be picked up, returned and discussed at our Farmers Market event on Friday, September 22, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Please return surveys to Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, NY 11501 or via email to info@mineola-ny.gov with the subject of “Revitalization.”

Surveys must be filed by Friday, September 22, 2023. Thank you.
