2021 Commuter Parking Permit Application

As announced last year, Commuter Parking Permit Applications will no longer be mailed to current permit holders for renewal.

The 2021 Commuter Parking Permit Application is available now and can be downloaded from the Village of Mineola website at www.mineola-ny.gov/village-clerk/pages/parking-permits or picked up in person at Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Please read all directions carefully, fill out the application completely, and include all required documents.  Failure to include required items may cause a delay in processing your renewal application.

The 2021 Commuter Parking Permit is valid beginning January 1, 2021.  Current permits are valid only through December.
