COVID-19 Meeting Procedures
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the general public will not be permitted to physically attend Village Board meetings until further notice.
At all Board meetings, the Mayor and Trustees will be physically present in the meeting room while observing social distancing protocol, and all business will continue to be conducted openly and televised for public viewing.
Meeting agendas are available beforehand online. Please see the Village website calendar for specific meeting dates and links to corresponding agenda.
Residents wishing to comment on specific agenda items may submit questions or comments in advance by mail, fax, email, or telephone to:

During Public Hearings, the Trustees will be physically present in the hearing room and the applicant will attend via conference call. The hearing will also be televised on the Village’s public access channels and the hearing record will remain open for 20 days to receive public comment.

Village Board meetings and public meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month in Village Hall. Public hearings are held on the 2nd Wednesday and may also be scheduled on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
