NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been introduced before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mineola, New York, on , 199 , Local Law No. 6 of the year 199 entitled "A Local Law adding Chapter 16 entitled 'Snowplow Operators' to the Village of Mineola Municipal Code."

Said proposed local law provides "for the regulation of snowplow operators and the licensing thereof".

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to section twenty of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held on the aforesaid proposed Local Law before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mineola, New York in the Village Hall, 171 Jericho Turnpike in the Village of Mineola, New York at 8:00 o'clock P.M. on , September , 199 at which time all interested persons will be heard.
