COMPENSATION OF MAYOR AND TRUSTEES

§ 2.1 Compensation of Mayor

The annual compensation of the Mayor shall be in an amount as shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees in accordance with all applicable laws.

§ 2.2 Compensation of Trustees

The annual compensation of each Trustee shall be in an amount as shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees in accordance with all applicable laws.

HISTORICAL NOTE

This Chapter is a codification of Local Law #1 of the year 1956 and amended by Local Law #8 of the year 1977. It was again amended by Local Law # 26 of the year 2000 on April 26, 2000.
