BINGO

§ 12.1 Town of North Hempstead regulations to apply

The conduct of bingo games within the Incorporated Village of Mineola shall be governed under the provisions of the ordinances, local laws or rules and regulations duly enacted by the Town Board of the Town of North Hempstead.

HISTORICAL NOTE

This is a codification of Local Law #1 of the year 1959. While the wording has been substantially changed, the intent and purpose has not been changed.

Town may authorize bingo within its territorial limits subject to right of election of village to adopt a local law to not extend to such village the right to conduct bingo games therein. Gen Mun L § 477.
