Spellman reported that a summons had been received in the matter of an EEOC
complaint against the
Mayor Martins noted that the annual report by external auditors recommended the development of a written policy on travel expenses. Mayor Martins appointed Trustees Pereira and Cusato, both of whom have experience with this subject, to develop a draft policy for the Board’s consideration.

Mayor Martins opened the Public Meeting at 7:45 pm.
40 observers in attendance.
Trustee Lawrence A. Werther spoke
about veterans and reported that Boy Scouts of America Troop 45 is conducting a
food drive. Trustee Werther also
congratulated those public officials who were elected or re-elected on Election
Day.
