Mayor Martins noted that, in the interest of time and
in deference to those in attendance who expressed interest in leaving Village
Hall to watch the first-ever Presidential Debate hosted by
Six speakers addressed the
Board.
Mayor Martins requested a motion to close the Public Meeting
at 9:00 pm.
