Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola held Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York.

Resolved to approve the request by Jennifer Kamph, head coach and co-founder of the Lady Cobras travel softball organization, to host softball clinics at the Mineola Athletic Association Complex, open to girls ages 8-14, on Friday, July 22, 2005 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday, August 12, 2005 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at a cost of $35.00 per person (30 minutes pitching lesson – additional $15.00) subject to the receipt of proper insurance.

Resolved to approve a three-month final extension of the Special Use Permit & Building Permit, due to expire August 12, 2005, from the Village of Mineola for New York SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless) in connection with the Communication facility (the “Communication Facility”) to be located @ the LIPA Utility Pole (No. 65) (the “Utility Pole”) located @ No. # E. Jericho Turnpike (NYS Rte. 25), Mineola, New York until November 12, 2005. Be it further resolved that any additional requests will require a formal application before the Board of Trustees.
