Superintendent, Thomas Rini reported that the pool had passed inspection by the
Health Department and was ready for the season.

Mayor Martins opened the
Public Meeting at 7:35 PM.
Mayor Martins reported on the MTA Hearing that he attended on June 14,
2005 at the Jericho Terrace. He invited
everyone to the pool opening ceremony at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 18, 2005 as
well as the Father’s Day Boy Scout Breakfast at the Knights of Columbus on
Sunday, June 19, 2005.
Trustee Lawrence Werther urged residents to attend
the MTA hearings. He also invited
everyone to the upcoming Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast at the Knights of Columbus
on June 19, 2005. He reported on the
Girls Scout awards ceremony and gave an update on
upcoming
library events.
Trustee Linda Fairgrieve reported on the MTA Hearings
and Friends of the Mineola Library. She
also gave the Justice Court report for the month of May.
Trustee Paul Cusato reported on the MTA
Hearing. He congratulated Tom Ozulski
on being awarded Fireman of the Year.
Mayor Martins announced that the Village would be
holding a hearing on June 22, 2005 regarding water-billing rates.
Mayor Martins requested a
motion to close the meeting at 9:00 PM.
