published and mailed to residents.

Mayor Martins opened the
Public Meeting at 7:30 PM.
Mayor Martins reported on
meeting with Senator Craig Johnson regarding the Third Track and various
Village projects. Mayor Martins also
reported on a meeting with Harvey Levinson regarding the Village’s reassessment
project. Mayor Martins reported on the
Mineola High School 2007 class awards that he attended earlier in the day and
recognized Drew Barnett, recipient of the Mayor’s Citizenship Award. Mayor Martins reported that the Ethics Board
had been sworn in earlier in the day and congratulated Ann Hurley on becoming
the President of the Mineola AARP.
Trustee Lawrence Werther
thanked Downtown Coordinator Robert Hinck for his hard work on the Jericho
Turnpike project. Trustee Werther recognized Father Paul Dolan of

announced that summer camp opportunities sponsored by the County Seat Kiwanis
are available to any needy child ages 8-14.
