APPLICATION
OF ANGEL-TECH, INC. FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 30 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA ENTITLED “ZONING”,
SECTION 30.31 (B) (6), ENTITLED “SPECIAL USES”, TO ERECT A ONE STORY MASONRY
REAR ADDITION, TO EXPAND AN EXISTING
AUTO REPAIR USE ON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 202 HERRICKS ROAD, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON

Mayor Martins announced that
the Mineola Athletic Association’s opening day is Saturday, April 12,
2008. Opening day will begin with a
parade starting at 10:00 AM. The opening
day ceremony will immediately follow the parade at 11:00 AM at the Willis
Avenue Field.
Mayor Martins congratulated
Hotshots Gymnastics had their Grand Opening earlier in the day.
Mayor Martins reported on an
apartment break-in reported last week in the village. Mayor Martins reported that he had spoken
with Inspector O’Leary and assured residents that the break-in did not involve
a shooting.
Mayor Martins reported that
the Mineola School Board Elections were approaching. Mayor Martins reported that the Board of
Education is considering the closing of some of our schools and urged residents
to get out and vote.
Mayor Martins welcomed new
Trustee Paul A. Pereira to the Board.

to close the Work Session at 8:50 PM.
