Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola

held Wednesday March 26, 2009 at Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501.

ALSO PRESENT: Village Clerk Joseph R. Scalero

Deputy Village Clerk Cora T. Kelly

Village Treasurer Giacomo A. Ciccone

Superintendent of Buildings Daniel B. Whalen

Mayor Martins called the Budget Work Session to order at 6:50 PM.

1^st Assistant Chief Robert Connolly presented the Mineola Fire Department Fiscal Year 2009/2010 departmental budget request.

Superintendent of Buildings Daniel B. Whalen presented the Building Department FY 2009/2010 departmental budget request.

Library Director Charles Sleefe presented the Mineola Memorial Library FY 2009/2010 departmental budget request.

Mayor Jack M. Martins announced that the Public Hearing to consider the FY 2009/2010 Village Budget will be held April 8, 2009 at 7:30 PM.

Mayor Martins requested a motion to close the Budget Work Session at 7:10 PM.
