Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola

held Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501.

ALSO PRESENT: Village Attorney John Spellman

Village Clerk Joseph R. Scalero

Deputy Village Clerk Janet H. Zalkin

Sunshine Observers: Approximately 30 Observers

Mayor Martins opened the meeting at 6:40 PM.

Resolution No. 59-08

Resolved to ratify the March 18, 2008 Election results:

Paul S. Cusato Trustee (Two Year Term)

Thomas F. Kennedy Trustee (One Year Term)

Paul A. Pereira Trustee (Two Year Term)
