in order to receive public comment upon the following:

OF KIMCO MINEOLA, LLC FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 30 OF THE
CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED “ZONING”, SECTION 30.31
ENTITLED “B-1 DISTRICTS” SUBSECTION (B) ENTITLED “SECIAL USES” FOR THE SALE OF
FOOD UPON THE PROPERTY KNOW AS 330 EAST JERICHO TURNPIKE, MINEOLA, NEW YORK,
KNOW AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK
381, LOT 44.

permit regarding 330 East Jericho Turnpike an unlisted action and approve a
negative declaration under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.

TOWERS AND FACILITIES", SECTION 31.4
ENTITLED "REVIEW AUTHORITY" SUBSECTION (A) FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A PUBLIC UTILITY WIRELESS

Village Clerk Joseph R.
Scalero announced that Wednesday, March 18, 2009 is Village Election Day and
presented an updated February Justice Court report.
Mayor Jack M. Martins
announced that on March 23, 2009 Nassau County is have a hearing on the sales
tax sharing with Villages and also mentioned an article which appeared in
“Newsday” regarding “The HUB” project and its possible connection within the
Village of Mineola. Mayor Martins reported that on Thursday March 19, 2009 at
6:30 PM there will be a special meeting to certify the election.
