Duties & Responsibilities
The Highway Department is responsible for the maintenance, repair and snow removal for the Village's 36 miles of public roadways. In addition, the Highway Department also is responsible for the maintenance of our street trees and street sweeping.
The Highway Department offices are located at the Mineola Central Garage, 170 Liberty Avenue, Mineola. For any Highway Department related complaints or suggestions, please contact the Department of Public Works Offices at (516) 746-5291.
